Emma Adams: Business Sales Executive
I first started working for the company in November 1999 as a Sales Advisor. During my time with the company, I have progressed through the ranks, and have managed 3 stores. The company has a very friendly atmosphere and we all work very closely even though we may be working miles apart. There is a good commission structure and lots of incentives and competitions for staff with some fantastic prizes. I've won a bottle of champagne, a digital camera and a weekend break over the last year or so as well a couple of awards at our annual conferences.
Over the years I have seen how the company has managed to successfully mould to the industry changes and unlike many independent company's we are still here and growing.
Michael Hodges-Smith: Senior Account Manager
I joined Evolve in April 2005 as an account manager. Since then I have progessed within the company to become a Senior Account Manager and learnt many new skills to enable me to lead a team of 5 people. We work closely as a team with all the head office staff in a friendly enviroment. I'm in sales so obviously money talks and Evolve pay well and provide some great incentives, I've won a weekend to Amsterdam, gift vouchers, top of the range handsets and a Red Letter day experience in the last year.
