Not only are we more than happy with the device itself, I am extremely grateful to your support team. Alex went so far as to send me an email reminder - to politely request that I confirm my order by 3pm - to ensure that I got the next day delivery. This is because he knew I was desperate for a device for my Director, but was not sure which to purchase.
