Website Accuracy
We work extremely hard to ensure that all details presented on the Evolve Ltd website are accurate. This is achieved through continuous updating as and when we are informed of changes. However, due to the fast moving nature of this industry and the many networks and mobile phone manufacturers involved we cannot guarantee that we will always be informed of changes as and when they occur.
Guarantee
All products purchased from Evolve Ltd come with a 12 month guarantee. Additional insurance is available for contract mobile phones. Please email us if you would like more details on this.
Mobile Phones
All mobile phones, are subject to a minimum contract. All contract connections are subject to status and acceptance by the relevant network, this involves a credit check. Applicants must be 18 years or over. You will be asked for proofs of identification and residence for all new connections and a proof of identification will be required for all upgrades. Applicants will be advised of any negative credit assessments and connection refusals. Evolve Ltd cannot be held responsible for the result of any credit assessments or for any delays caused by insufficient or incorrect information being supplied by the applicant.
By purchasing a contract phone you are accepting the Terms & Conditions of that network. You will be given the opportunity to read and understand these before signing a contract.
Pricing
All prices displayed include VAT. If the price of a handset is dependent on a specific tariff this means that the handset has been further discounted due to tariff selection. If you choose to change the tariff within 6 months of connection and this results in a reduction in monthly line rental then you will be liable for the full RRP of the handset as at the time of connection.
Should you owe us money relating to the full RRP of your handset this amount will be taken using your credit / debit card details provided. An invoice will be sent confirming the transaction to the name and address on the airtime bill.
Images and Coding on this Website
You may not copy, reformat, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any images and coding for any purpose without prior written consent from Evolve Ltd. You are also not allowed to add, delete, obscure or otherwise change the contents of this site. Any unauthorised attempts to change any images or coding are strictly prohibited.
